 Studied the System Description and Operating Instruction (SDOI) including the theory of operation of plant and unit auxiliaries.  Operate the Generator units. Capable of starting and shutting down Generator units.  Received calls from National Control Center (NCC) and followed their instruction regarding in Real-Time Dispatch (RTD) and Ancillary Services (AS) Schedule, and recorded the events and dispatch orders.  Monitored the Grid frequency and Output voltage of the generating units.  Daily monitoring and visual inspection within Powerhouse, and Switchyard.  Visited the Re-regulating pond of the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) for daily inspection of tailrace flow and pond elevation and sent the report to SVP of Operations and Maintenance every afternoon.  Interpret various diagrams and drawings.  Performed and assisted the Operations Engineer in implementing the Locked-Out / Tagged-Out (LOTO) operation for isolation and normalization of units.  Makes weekly report regarding Operations, Events, and Incidents.

The 2-years contract will revive, revitalize, and repair the plant five years without working:  Overhaul of Plant Utilities.  Troubleshooting of MCC Panels to temporarily run the auxiliary equipment.  Operate and test the plant utilities, gather data results and provide possible solution to problems encountered.
