Description:
• Promoted and ensured compliance of health safety and environment (HSE) and service quality (SQ) standards, practices, and guidelines to meet journey to 0 on drilling rigs. Prepared and performed Open and Cased hole logging services on customer’s location in accordance with HMS. Gained familiarity with surface systems, operational checks and calibrated open and cased hole tools through fieldwork.
• Checked and calibrated equipment prior to and after logging vertical and horizontal wells.. Delivered reliable technical advice while preparing, conducting, and finalizing job in order to achieve client’s objectives for well; Analyzed results on-site to communicate feedback and suggested if any additional analysis or work needs to be performed.
• Planned and built real time electrical logs of borehole, using radioactive sources Americium-241, Beryllium-8 to obtain density, porosity, and depth data while applying ALARA.
• Assisted with training and coached to obtain promotions through competencies. Coached team of operators through steps of job safety analysis during meetings, conducted skills-gap based individual training to achieve promotions
